Hello, my name is Geoff Shores, Didgeridoo player since 1996 and teacher of this unique and extraordinary instrument since 1999.

Situated in McKinnon, a South Eastern suburb of Melbourne, easily accessible by train. If it is more practical for me to come to you, that can be arranged.

I can supply the instruments for learning how to play,
at a resonable price and can guide you with your purchase of a traditional instrument.

Personal Didge History

Employed by the Melbourne University Student Union in the Short Courses department teaching Didgeridoo
to classes of up to 15 participants.

Taught at the C.A.E. (Centre of Adult Education) since 1999.

Since 1998 provided Didgeridoo performances as part of the lecture “Acoustics of the Didgeridu” given by Prof. Lloyd Hollenberg, School of Physics, University of Melbourne. This lecture has been given many times to various audiences including students in Melbourne and regional secondary schools.

Performed for 2 years with Murrundindi, senior Elder of the Wurundjeri, at Healesville Sanctuary.
